I would have understood anything at all that you chose to do at that time. And, there is nothing specific intended about the ankle bracelet. What bothered me as a child was her long, dark leg hairs under her hose. My Mom never had hairs on her legs so it was different as a child seeing hers.

I wore an ankle bracelet once Wiley got too ill to be at home. I have no idea why I did that.

I wore ankle bracelets until I broke both legs (separately but during the same year) then just never put the bracelets on again. I'm wondering why now. I did keep shaving my legs though.

Good morning
Maybe she had male Y-chromosome gene sequences in her DNA, so she wore an ankle bracelet to show that she was feminine at heart despite her body arguing with her on the matter. I used to wear an ankle bracelet, but bending down to unclasp it to shower and then reclasp it to wear again became difficult, so I gave up wearing one. They are pretty on the ankle though.
