I love my cast iron....except for one thing. For my old age they are way too heavy to manipulate. I still use one but keep expecting to drop it on my toes or something. Every time I use it, I tell myself I am going to give it to Goodwill or something, but then I think "cornbread" or something else and struggle on.

Good Morning
I love my cast iron pans. I use it to make cornbread in the oven. My grandson Cyrus whom you met loves cornbread.
