It's horseradish for steak or roast beef here. My mom would pair pork and applesauce, mutton with mint jelly, turkey or chicken with cranberries, and fish with lemons. For a smoked cheese, maybe smoked Havarti would be more to Roy's taste? My personal favorite, although I know smoked anything is a bit of an acquired taste. Good thing Roy was there for the surprise water spray - can you imagine how much worse the mess could be?

Over the past couple of years, I've acquired a taste for steaksauce. A-1 is something I love tremendously now.

Sherri, your meatloaf sounds delicious. John is going to love it. I never use steak sauce but I'm going to get it for Michelle. Too much heat makes me sick too!

Good morning
It has rained for the past week here. I would love to have one sunny day so that we can weed whack and mow the lawn. Speaking of steak sauce, I am making John a savory meatloaf today with carmelized onions. He loves having A-1 steak sauce and creamy horseradish sauce to dip it in. I am enjoying the cooler temps though. Too much heat makes me sick.

I don't think I'm prepared to deal with such issues as the faucet coming
loose today. I just want to climb under the covers and put the pillow over my head. But after coffee and a shower, I'm heading up to the shoe store to check out those slip-on Skechers I've seen advertised. There are days when bringing my foot up to my lap to tie my shoe just ain't worth the trouble... (JK)
