Good morning
Interesting. I've never thought about cooking eggs in the microwave. Thanks for the tip. I am a total fan of pepper too. I can't imagine scrambles eggs without it.

It seems like your life has a definite pattern to it. I like that. I have a pattern to mine. But, there was a time I was always looking for something different to throw in the mix. Every once in a while I didn't like what got mixed into it. LOL

Have you seen the product "Just Add Eggs" - paper cup packaging
in the refrigerator section near the eggs? They have some veggies, bacon bits, etc. and all you do is stir in an egg or two, nuke it for a minute or so in the microwave, and you have breakfast. I decided to save a little money and use my own paper cup, with bacon bits, shredded cheese, a bit of half & half and an egg. Lazy me, I ate right from the cup and then tossed it... Not bad. Have a good day.
