At least you will not have to journey back and fro.
Tough about the house, sadly labor is so expensive but I expect all your pets are
not going to worry about that. Always nice to hear how you are making out did the
Dahlias bloom ours are struggling because of the drought, I told Archie to save the
best ones as a hose pipe ban is imminent.

Sorry for the loss of a friend.
I don't know if you have something similar in Canada, but here in the US there are stores that recycle building materials. That might be a solution for your gallery woes, much less expensive than new wood these days!
