Sea Gypsy, my family loves macaroni and cheese. I'm so thankful that it's cooler here. Our summer has been so hot. I did get a chance to write for a little while. I hope you have a good night.

There are many foods high in calcium: seeds, salmon, sardines, lentils and beans, almonds and leafy greens, amaranth, tofu and figs for starters.

Good afternoon
I would love to see those tall ships. We get them once in a while here in our river when they pass through our small borough. Vanilla is my favorite flavor of pudding and ice cream. Yum! Tonight is our last day for Plum Street where everyone dances in the street, so I am throwing a stuffed crust pizza in the oven. We are at 80 degrees here today too. My flowers are loving it after last night's rain.
