Re: Aba Brother

You've always been such a dear one, Sis. Your curiosity to learn, accept and with the profundity of your wonderment and pleasure you derive, is so very much inspiring for me. It does give me satisfaction but no pride. Because, it is just a matter of deep concentration and with meditation over time, it becomes easy to focus. Swami Vivakananda, another great guru of mine used to carry a volume of Britannica Encyclopedia from a library in Kolkata and would return it the next day. The librarian one day accused him of not reading and that he wanted to show off. Vivekananda challenged him to ask anything from what he had returned. The librarian was flabbergasted that he could recite everything from memory. These are facts. He died at a young age 39 from 1863 to 1902. He was the greatest reformer who amazed the Americans with fluency and in-depth knowledge of every aspect of tge vedas and upanishads. This was in 1893 at the age of 29.

Aba Brother

This is genius! I am amazed and gladdened to read this post. It is chock-full of information and of such immense learning value. Please double that for most of us who are Westerners. The math is staggering and certainly is a tad bit beyond me, especially with one read.  What is astounding is how in this world (or out of this world) did all of these creation concepts; astronomical, religious and otherwise, become learned so long ago! You have exceeded your usual excellence with this post, Aba brother. I am humbled to read it. Thank you for the learning experience. I shall re-read, of course. We are not all so different, are we?  and 5 more.

Seems a bit simple that many folk believed in Adam and Eve. Even that the world was flat and one could or would sail over the edge I don't know how the sea was supposed to finish. The old theories do sound as if there was more of a way of understanding. I suppose we have to wonder why should we be special. Brill write .
