I like to use poblano peppers instead of bell. They give it a little kick and don't overwhelm the taste of the dish.

I love reading what you are preparing, cooking, serving. I've always been a cooker, and from the family of cookers of what they have grown. I don't do all that anymore and really enjoy reading recipes and such.

Have to laugh. You are as soft over the animals you share your property with as what I am. I love how you just give into the needs of that cheeky Squirrel. oh and they know we won't harm them.

It's funny you should mention zucchini. My sister made a shrimp-zucchini fajita dish that was awesome.

Years since we used to say. 'Call this summer.' it seemed to rain every day.
We now realize it was really a gift in summer, my brother used to go fishing in a lake.
No use now the fish die because it is to hot and I suppose no fresh water. Pity the
squirrel does not stick to the same tomato.
