We had a microburst here once and the lightning hit a tree in our front yard that was full of birds seeking refuge from the storm. When it was over, there was six inches of water in the yard and a whole flock of birds dead and floating in it. I had never heard of such a thing before and do not wish for another.

Yes the only good thing one can wash heavy stuff and watch it dry.Good luck with the writing.

Pat, it's so nice outside. The colors of my flowers look so vibrant today. The yellow ones and the red ones are beautiful on the patio. I think they are enjoying the cooler weather too.

Good morning
My goodness, Goldiec, we do think alike. 
I have Italian sausage thawing on the counter as I write. It will be smothered later with peppers and onions. The only difference is that I am making my garlic and rosemary mashed potatoes to go with my sausage sandwiches. You are simply awesome, my friend!
