My pepper plants are full, so I am making another batch of it today for my burrito casserole. John eats the stuff by the pint.

Taps, I have to say it takes a little more time to accomplish some of the things that I do around the house with an injured leg. At times Roy helps me.

Sherri, I think you make some of the best meals. Now that I've tried Pico de Gallo I'm going to make it again. We love it. I will be glad when it cools off.

When I read of all the hard work you do, I think I'm glad I'm old and have an excuse to sit around with a heat pad. There were the days I worked hard like that so I can just picture you wearing yourself out. I'm sure your family must appreciate you.

Good afternoon
We are having pulled pork on toasted Hawaiian rolls tonight with a side of coleslaw. John loves Pico de gallo with his Mexican food. I will have to make a batch for tomorrow's taco casserole. I got the recipe from watching the Pioneer Woman yesterday. It's simple and it looks delicious. John has been taking salads too due to all of our tomatoes and peppers. I bought a cucumber yesterday, so I will make a bowl of cukes and onions. It is hot and muggy here too. It's supposed to cool down in the next few days. I am crossing my fingers that it does.
