It does seem that the heat is everywhere I am sure the hose pipe ban will come in soon. I might mean deciding what to water manually. Archie said tell them its a business and we need the water. I said 'Are you going to pay the business rates?
Sometimes it is better to grin and bear it.

I think the scent of lavender might have a slight cooling effect on
the heat in the kitchen and make the day more pleasant. I wonder if the term "salad days" came from someone's food choices during the extreme heat of summer. Stay cool.
