Heat, plenty of it, and thunderstorms with gusting winds strong
enough to shake limbs out of the tree and make the lights flicker off. Sounds to me like y'all are having the same "delicious" weather menu that's been served here in the greater St. Louis metro region. Flash floods nearby, but so far it's still safe to drive around here. I hope you're able to find some nice salads and cool stuff to serve for dinner so you don't have to heat up the kitchen. Stay safe.

Good morning
That will be a fun trip for them. Seafood is one of my favorites too. I love Maryland Blue Crab and deep-fried Cod or Halibut with a side of tartar sauce. We went to Florida a few years ago at the end of October. It is very hot and humid and it rained most of the time that we were there. We are expecting rain later today. I look forward to the cool down even if it means that our downtown music will be canceled. The last few days have been unbearably hot.
