Taps, I still can't believe I hurt my leg like I did. I didn't fall. I simply twisted it and I've been dealing with the pain ever since it happened. Last night I did sleep well though and it was the first time since I got this injury.

Good afternoon
Get plenty of rest off of that ankle. My sprained ankle took nearly a year and a half to heal completely. I still have trouble with it if I step wrong. That pepper steak is sure to fill your house with yummy aromas. I made John and the grandkids taquitos and homemade breakfast sandwiches before we took them home this morning. They are headed to the county fair. This has been a fun weekend for them. There are a ton of new movies on Netflix. We are headed out later, but we tend to watch a movie before bed too. I can't wait to see Hocus Pocus 2 in September at the theater.
