I think folk will have to take more notice of hygiene. I once had a computer repaired
the chap asked to use the toilet, it took quite a while, came back out and was
starting again. 'Don't you want to wash your hands?' I asked handing him the oldest
towel I could find. 'Hm' yes he replied as if I was acting strangely.

I would imagine a cellphone is the dirtiest item on a person...I'm not keen on how many workers are using their phones either.
