Dealing with Internet, television and phone technicians are such a hassle at times. I myself am finding that when the weather gets hot, my Internet goes out.

Sometimes what starts as a service call becomes a friendly and cheering chat! I aim for the humanizing of such conversations, too!

The problem we get here, because probably we have a local accent is understanding 

 a different race of folk on the phone. It even aplies to regions I now do not bother to

try if I cannot understand the first greeting. I ask them to email the answer. Funnily

enough they always seem to understand what I say.  Corblimey thee bist yabbering

all the way up strit.

Yes, you made me smile....perhaps the first one for today.  A bit ago I wrote a blog about this sad day in North Kansas City and in trying to enter it, I did as I often do...I lost it.  Perhaps I'll try again later.
