Nice to see all the creatures great and small, as long as you see them
before they see you. As for deer that approach you - be very careful. They are known to rise up on their hind legs and pummel other deer and two-leggeds with those sharp hooves. Well, according to the National Geographic channel. Your neck of the woods sounds like just exactly what the doctor ordered for this old gal.
