Re:
Sea Gypsy, our corned beef was good. We had our mustard on the side. Tomorrow it's going to be 90. Stay cool!

My neice not only has mama and baby turkeys in her yard, but she also has peacocks. When they fan their tail feathers it is quite fantastic.

A good corned beef ssn is getting hard to find. They trim all the fat off of them and then slather on way too much mustard. Hope yours was good and you are not too hot there. It is hot here.

Re:
Kabu, this wild turkey family meets every night under the big old tree out back. The little ones eat the bird seed that has fallen on the ground. They all stay close to Mama and she leads them away when they are done.

Re:
Sherri, it's a mystery to me too. I would think the younger people really need money but evidently, they just don't want to work.

Re: Good afternoon
Sherri, we usually make corned beef once a year but Roy had a taste for it today.

Re:
FSI, I question that also. There's only so much money and it's going to run out at some point.

In Canada there were two Mumma turkeys that would bring their chicks together and it was funny to watch. they taught them to scratch up goodies and tofind insects /grubs and as far as I could tell the 7 -12 chicks went to either Mumma.

John and I were just talking about unemployed people. We have "now hiring" signs everywhere. The schools are so desperate that they are offering $29.00/hour right now for bus drivers. The steel mill is always hiring, and there is a shortage at many of our fast food restaurants. They asked for higher wages, but for whatever reason they do not want the job. It seriously baffles me.

Good afternoon
All I can say is, yum, and enjoy! I love a good Rueben on rye with that special sauce, sauerkraut, swiss cheese, and corned beef. I make them about twice a year. Corned beef is really expensive, so when it goes on sale that is when I buy it.

Perhaps like here the rates of shops keep going up and maybe the older customers are no more. Shops here are closing it is more profitable to turn them into flats. Another reason might be parking, a good many do not want to walk from a car park.

I am puzzled by people who are still not working. What are they doing for money? At first, there was a huge windfall with the unemployment, but after nearly a year when it stopped, I would have tot think the money is gone.
