How brave you were as his Mom and how supportive. My two i caught one day discussing if there is a war we have to go. i stomped into the room and told them I would rent a cellatand leave them there for the duration! I so admire the courage you have always displayed.

Good afternoon
This is such a bittersweet memory. I'm positive that you are so proud of your son and his accomplishments. The guys never fail to give each other nicknames. It goes with the territory. It's great that you got the chance to celebrate before he was shipped out again. Sea duty is the worst when it comes to family, but it's the life of a true Navy man.
