Good Morning
Wow! I'd say when he threw the stapler he was totally out of control. There's just no reason for this type of behavior in the workplace or anywhere else for that matter. Someone could have been hurt by his temper tantrum.

Tantrums are not pretty or funny in toddlers. They are quite ugly in adults, and definitely unacceptable in a person of authority.

It is so Immature so totally un-adult. My ex. the Greek man used to grab anything I cherished if it wasn't stuck down; and throw.

Wow! Good for her. He needed to be put into his place amongst a few other things. He could have seriously injured her with his tantrum. Those metal staplers once projected could be lethal.
