Today everything is fine with the neck. The sun is shining brightly and it is hot out there. Perhaps that is what I needed. Or else it was your blessing.

Nothing more debilitating than a neck or back that won't work. The heat pad should help a lot. Bless you today, Sunday and all the other days as well.

I hope you start to feel better soon. It's no fun to be in pain. My knee is aggravating me this morning and I think I'm going to put some ice on it. Enjoy the services.

Good morning
I hate it when that happens. I refer to it as a "crick in the neck." I find that a hot shower centered on the pain along with a dose of ibuprofen helps out quite a bit. Good luck to you with that.
