Good Afternoon
I always love your posts! It sounds like your vegetables are flourishing under your loving care. Are you going to make a big pot of beans when they are ready? I always put some seasonings and sweet onion in with my beans when I cook them. I love pepper for my beans too. Some people put some bacon in with their beans when they are cooking but I never do. We have a few small zucchini that I can pick soon and I do believe in a couple days I will be able to make zucchini bread. I promised my neighbors some last week. Enjoy your day!

There used to be an expression along these lines,
and there was the idea that someone with an ulterior motive might string you along. I think they use the word "player" now to indicate someone is likely to skip from relationship to relationship on the sly. You're right, it's a knotty situation. (or naughty)

They say talking to our vegetation and flowers helps as they too are living things. Maybe your conversation with the string will keep the virus away, especially if you warn them of such illnesses that may be headed their way.
