Good Morning
Ciel, I've never made artichokes. I didn't eat cheese for a long time and decided it was good for me. Now I like my cheese on a saltine cracker. It's my favorite way to eat cheese. I've never had a sandwich like you described but I do love mushrooms so I'm sure I would love it. I hope you have a good day.

I've always been rather daunted by artichokes so other than canned artichoke hearts I've never prepared anything with them.

Yum! I love artichokes. You definitely do know how to eat well. Cheese is another favorite of mine.
