Good afternoon
I am glad that you got past your pc issues. They are both a blessing and a pain. That's great that Roy got an early out. John has Fridays off too, but he sometimes has to work on Saturday and always on Sunday. He just got a promotion and is moving, so hopefully, his days off will change for the better. As for fajitas, they are one of our favorites too. Mainly because of the sweet and savory peppers and the onions. I have made both chicken and beef. I use marinated flank steak for the beef version. I serve mine with a side of guacamole and salsa verde.
