I too was worried about this happening; thinking that the two Americans could turn into dust fairy quickly before they left Polandeven. Obviously, there is a lot we don't know or perhaps want to know.

Good afternoon
The news can lead to an ultimate deathtrap since Russia is watching us closely. They are not happy about our sending the Ukrainian's help. Putin would be in his glory if he could take down high-ranking military officers. I watched a segment the other day that shows Putin being bloated and sickly looking. One expert reported that he may have thyroid cancer. If this is the case, and he is dying, he really does not care who he harms or kills on his way to hell.

Good Afternoon
Pat, I'm in total agreement with your post. I also wondered why we would send officials into the mess over there. I'm glad it worked out but I would have thought for quite some time before I sent anyone there. From the very beginning, Putin told everyone to not be involved or they would be sorry. I understand we have a certain responsibility for the families that are caught in the crossfire but why would we add fuel to the fire by sending our officials there. That's like looking for trouble. I think any decisions that need to be made could be made from Washington. I just don't understand the decisions that are being made. We are probably trying to make a statement to the rest of the world but I truly think there are better ways.
