Re:
FSI, they should have instant grits in your grocery store. They are in a box most likely near the rice. Some come with butter or you can get the grits with cheese. You can make them yourself but it would probably be easier for you to start with the instant and see if you like them. I hope you do.

Re:
Kabu, I'm so glad you found workers that you really like and that do a good job. That is truly priceless.

Re:
C_C_T, I had no idea that people didn't know what grits are. That came as a surprise to me. We gave up on growing cabbage because no matter what we do we can't keep the bugs away. I hope it rains soon at your place.

Re: If you decide to plant a flag pole, please call the Julie number and get
Pat, I'm familiar with this because when we had our electricity put underground we had to wait for them to come out and check before the workers could dig up anything. Thank you though for reminding me of this.

I've never had grits in my life. I'd like to try them sometime.

guys were here thismorning doing some more work in our back yard. I left them to themselves. I know i wouldn't like someone watching over my shoulder. Mr Martin and team do a great job.

We are still waiting for rain. I planted some small cabbage plants outside under fleece. I hope to miss the white butterflies they really go mad if they see cabbage plants. These are Tenderstem we really like the shoots. A lot of greenflies about because it has been dry. I really don't know what grits are.

Good afternoon
I had never eaten grits until we visited New Orleans in 2018. I had mine with shrimp. I liked them. John was not a fan. As for dinner, I am making salads with all of the fixings.

If you decide to plant a flag pole, please call the Julie number and get
a reading about where gas & utility lines are before you dig.
