Pat, I'm making cookies but I don't think I'm coloring eggs this year. I was looking outside and it's starting to look very dreary outside. The wind is terrible. I hope you have a wonderful Easter!

Sassy, I hope that you have a good day. When we got home this afternoon I started making my cookies for Easter. I just put a tray in the oven. I hope that you and John enjoy visiting with your grandchildren. I know they will love their baskets.

It looks like Easter Sunday's gonna be a day when the Easter egg hunt
takes place indoors. Rain is in the forecast. I don't plan to dye eggs - all my kids are in their fifties and sixties and the grandkids are also grownups - the greats all live a thousand miles away, so I'm looking forward to their pics on Facebook all decked out in their Easter smiles.

Good morning
You have lots of fun stuff planned for the Easter weekend. That is wonderful that your granddaughter will be making your recipe. John works on Easter, so we will be having a small ham dinner at home, but we are spending tomorrow with the grandkids. We are planning on hiding Easter eggs and we will give the kids their bunny baskets. Since they are the only two young ones in our immediate family, they usually end up with four Easter baskets each.
