I am sorry to learn that you suffer pain. I have Polymyalgia at times. I try exercises
on YouTube but of course, I do not have the stress of clocking in at work. I am
waiting to see if your dahlias survived. I don't think we have lost any but it has been
unusually mild here for the last few years.

We used to have that energy too, Goldiec. We used it up, LOL!
Little Flea and I are very close. I was in the delivery room when she was born, requested by my DIL because her parents live in Japan and I stood in for her mom. It was an awesome moment, and the beginning of a loving and special relationship.

Temporary and not so good for our body's system.
I'm looking into which foods and exercise are good remedies for arthritis, although I still keep the pain pills handy!

I'm not, Pat_B, but humidity is a huge factor, and we are getting the
same weather. I still prefer it to the heat in the summer.

Good Morning
We are expecting bad weather coming our way around noon today. I just hope we don't lose our electricity. I think this weather is hard on everyone. They say the aches and pains are caused by atmospheric pressure but I'm not really sure about that. I just know when it rains I have aches and pains too. I hope you have a good day. I'm excited to hear about Easter at your house. I know the family always has a good time. I was thinking about little Flea and I think she's wise beyond her years. She seems very intuned to you and I think that's priceless. When she thinks you need to know something she will guide you in that direction. It makes me smile. Our Easter will be at my oldest son's house and I'm really looking forward to it. I talked to my granddaughter last night and she wants to know my recipe for Pasta salad. She's the one that was in Mama Mia. She is amazing for a teenager. She goes to school, participates in sports, and the drama club, and has a part-time job. I don't know where kids find their energy from. Stay warm and safe!

I lose so many things these days on the computer because I am clumsy, not thinking, just pitifully forgetful, etc. but I refuse to totally give up computer use. But you may notice I seldom post on Blogit anymore other than comments now and then.

Windy here Blowing through from the Rockies I suspect and heading North across the lakes to you. So far only a shower of rain but it is 85 degrees F.Actually that is my perfect summer temperature.

Good afternoon
Understandable. Aches and pains rule my nights and mornings. I believe it is from the abuse that we have given to our bodies throughout the years. Thank goodness for Ibuprofen, but even then, that is only a temporary mask. Hope you feel better.
