I've been in a few snowstorms and when the snow is flying at your windshield you can't see. It's very scary. If there's a chance they hit black ice there's nothing you can do but slide. That's very scary too.

You are absolutely helpless when this happens. I can't even imagine the fear and shock that they went through.
