Somehow cheetos isn't a corn chip. Oh well, I do hope you were able to freeze some for a later day.

Re: Ciel
I don't do much meat anymore, just enough to flavor vegetable dishes and the pintos have already been flavored with a pork chop. I'm gradually eating the ones that I did not put in the freezer.

You could get together with Goldiec and her great quantity of ground beef! I have a bag of dried beans... never have made them, but now I am thinking about it.

You have a bag full of suggestions to choose from 🙂...share,freeze,eat, reheat....
We make a curry with red kidney beans ( call it rajma) and eat it with rice...it's my favourite.

Good Afternoon
I love all kinds of beans any which way they are made. I think baked beans are my favorite but black beans are so good too. I could eat them plain or fancy, with meat or without. I do like them with rice too! I hope your beans turned out well. I would freeze leftovers in freezer bags. They will be there when you are hungry for them.

Good afternoon
That bag of beans inspired some serious creativity to come pouring out of you. They are great when added with the ingredients that you used to jazz them up. They would have paired nicely with some warm flour tortillas. Yum!

Freeze portion-sized Tupperware containers of them. Thaw and
re-heat in the microwave as needed. Mix one day's portion with cooked rice and maybe some cut up cooked chicken and you've got complete protein tasty & digestable. This is a good thing.

Hahaha! I don't think Cheetos are going to do it! You could always freeze some in little portions? Or maybe offer some to the person who gave you the beans, but who didn't have time to cook them? If i was closer, I would take some off your hands gladly.
