I enjoy red snapper, and salmon and brook trout. Now my mouth is watering.

Swordfish is a meatier kind of fish, less soft than most other white fishes. My British son in law always goes for cod in his fish'n'chips, though!

Good afternoon
I have never tried Swordfish. My go-to fish will always be cod. I love the way that it holds up to grilling, frying, and baking.
