Good Afternoon

Sassy, finally I have an answer to why I feel so bad when the time changes.  It's always been like this for me.  I can go to bed early or late it doesn't make much difference I still feel like this every time the time changes.  I've never understood why because it doesn't bother everybody like it bothers me.  Thanks for the explanation.

Since I am retired and don't get up and go to work, or have to be anywhere specific at any given time, I just don't pay much attention to it.
