Good morning
Uh, oh, Ty better get himself to those self-defense classes asap. Him kissing her for good luck shows that he has a bit of character and understanding. Being the new guy has its rough patches.

I WISH it had been that easy to get my ex to leave! Great writing, Pat_B. I felt the tension all the way through.

It was never that easy for me to shake my ex when he appeared on my doorstep or at least not without doing some damage to me or my domicile.

Good Afternoon
Pat, as I was reading this story it seemed so real to me. I wouldn't want to be in a position like this. I hope there's more to the story. I had to smile when I read the part about a protection order. I truly believe unless the person involved honors the protection order it's not worth much. That is a very scary fact.

What a great story! Again, you demonstrate your writing ability so well - especially for the short stories. it seems amazing to me!
