They are not everyone's cuppa! But if you like the romance of the times, it can be fun. There are also lots of vendors with a surprising range of goods. And the food... well, it varies!

I feel that way, too!
It is pretty large, but I don't go anymore because the owner refuses to spend any money on grading the paths and parking lot, and is a bit nuts by all accounts in other ways, too. He's been known to fire people who don't work for him, and once fired a garden. Looked at it critically, had it dug up that same day!

I've always liked pictures of Charlie. He is a most pleasant looking fellow. Good photos. I think your Renasaunce Festival must be bigger than ours...although ours is quite a thing to keep one's interest.
