It is a great story. Women were mostly subservient then and though to be out of place in the workplace all too often. Glass ceilings were concrete. It's funny, but no one told girls going into the workplace what the dynamic would be like. And they were probably almost all like the one in your story. It's taken a lot to change it and it's still not quite there.
