Well, we have done some sowing and growing. Once I grew mint for the drinks . I believe it was for a big spring occasion. A regatta. I forget which drink it was included with.

Well, Archie started helping me when he was twelve. He was on the Milk Round for a few years and then returned to run a small stall that helps support a charity. It is a wonder the Council allows it but I think he is in with one or two members of the Council.

I'd love to see a BBC production that features you and Archie
and could take us on flashbacks to the remembered delivery routes for paraffin and the wonderful visits from the travelers. Or a conversation between the two of you in the here and now, sipping tea and sharing your observations and insights. Makes me smile just to think of it. Be well.
