I'll have to do those except for garlic. I'm not a garlic guy. That stuff comes out of my skin like crazy in the form of smells.

Re: Pat_B, I believe that may be my problem as well.
Pain in my upper arms and shoulders has indicated that I have gall bladder issues. Thanks for the heads up. I will mention this to my doctor and see what he has to say.

Ewww, yuck! parasites. I've had IBS for years, finally decided part of the
problem stems from having had my gall bladder out. Bile in the gut caused diarrhea in the extreme for a long time until I finally asked my Dr. about it - he put me on a medicine called Cholestramine. It's a fine powder that is dissolved in water and and taken once a day. The stuff binds around the bile and stops the symptoms, but it has to be take 4 hours after any other meds cause it will bind them, too. Worth it.
