I find television programming on Thanksgiving and Christmas to be lacking. Good thing for DVR'ing...There's nothing like a town contest. That captures the essence of the town.

Well Goldiec I have not opened half a dozen of my presents.I know they are either biscuits or chocolates. I shall have to try to give some away a bit later. I think if I ate all those I would be looking to buy new trousers.

I agree there was nothing much on TV this Christmas season -
I did find some old reruns of Barney Miller and the Golden Girls that were pleasing, and some home rehabbing programs that involved hands-on carpentry and home building skills which were worth my time. But Disney and Hallmark holiday programming is lost on me.

Good Afternoon
It's raining and kind of dreary outside today. I've been trying to organize the house. It was a bit topsy-turvy after Christmas. All the wrapping paper and boxes are put away till Santa comes again. Our numbers for the variant are so high. This morning the news was reporting almost 21,000. That is not good. I'm not sure what happened to Bill.
