I still have to go back and figure out my storage in St. Louis. I would love to be able to get rid of it and save myself over 150 a month!

It is good to clear out things that need to be cleared away. And your meal sounds very nice. It will all work out, and perhaps there will be yet another change in plans. One year I had everything in the house all decorated beautifully and the grown kids and their families were supposed to be here but they came down with a flu at the last minute and - well, one daughter and hubby came, but they were sick, too! Wishing you the best of days possible.

Good Evening
Pat, I have a feeling that whatever happens, you will have a wonderful Christmas. I have to say you have a light-hearted way of seeing things and I love that about you. If the day doesn't go quite as planned you will put a spin on it and it will be a very nice day.

I was on my own last Christmas and thought I would be lonely. I wasn't even alone. I had so many calls from Canada the USA and Australia I was nearly about to say enough by the time they ended. Don't remember what I ate but it was a lovely Christmas.

I was thinking the other day we keep getting more and more stuff and sometimes it
is a job to get rid of it unless one hires a skip. All the charity shops are full up
that once may have appealed. In desperation, folk leave bags of unwanted stuff in
the doorways much to the chagrin of the shop's workers.

Good morning
Good for you. I read a post years ago that Ann Landers had written concerning the accumulation of "stuff." Her opinion was that if you hadn't worn or used it in a year, get rid of it.
