The minute that she lit up that cigarette would have sent me running. My allergies are not a fan of offensive smoke.

Actually Pat there is a mini panic here over folk wanting to get the third shot, The
queueing is unrealistic one person said they qued for over three hours and then they
were told no more that day and folk would have to make appointments. One of the
problems was the elderly were offered the third jab originally and it was 6 or7 miles
away and it did not include the flu jab. So a lot of the older guys who obviously did
not have transport refrained and waited for the local set-up. Now with new
restrictions, many want to be protected for Xmas.

I am more worried about the Super Cold at the moment. It lasts over a month, I
know two ladies who are suffering from it. Most folk I know have been fully jabbed.
I do know one family that has not taken the advice, but we steer clear of them.
Although two folks I know went to have the third jab and discovered they had Covid.
Bird flu is also a pain I no longer use a bird table. Birds don't realise they should stay
6 feet apart.

Wear your mask. Keep away from crowds. wash your hands and disinfect. Got to be extra careful. I presume you are properly vaccinated.

I'm hearing that resentment and anger towards those who are prolonging this pandemic with their fears and resistances to getting a simple, virtually painless, free shot, is on the rise.

It's confusing to me why so many are against getting the shot that
could keep them alive if they're exposed to Covid and all it's iterations. Here in the good old USA it gets to be one facet of conspiracy theory, rants about government overreach, even a few comparisons to Nazi germany in the 1940s. Silly snits who don't really have an idea what the holocaust was, in my view. I really thought Brits and people in the EU were wiser as they were closer to the grit and grimness of actual battle fronts... enough of that. Maybe those who are wiser and take advantage of science will thrive and the gene pool will refine itself.
