Pat, we had so much fun when the kids were little. We still have fun but it's different now. I'm a December baby and I think I love the whole month of December. The white snow makes me happy and seeing beautiful packages under the tree is something I have always loved. I used to put a beautiful bow on each package but we have too many children now and it's just not feasible. I would spend all my time making bows. I hope you have a good day. Stay warm!

Ah...a lady after my own heart! I love snow and I love Christmas!!! We already have snow here covering the bush in Quebec, and it will stay and invite more.

Still not snow here, it is quite cold but no storms and not really cold enough for Snow.This will be my first no Snow Christmas for years actually. I do remember hot Christmas of course. Australia, where it is so often very hot.

We received our first snow flurries. Maryland has rarely had a white Christmas. I can only think of one of them back in 2002.

Christmas season was really fun for me when my kids were little and

we could surprise them with gifts under the tree, have their grandparents over to celebrate with us, etc. But now they're all over the country, have grandkids of their own, and we no longer exchange gifts among the grownups. These days I identify more with the Grinch than the twinkling lights and incessant music in all the stores, the constant specials and ads on TV.

Good morning

You are headed straight for some Christmas fun. The snowman and that wreath will add just the perfect holiday touches. It's surprisingly warm here this morning despite there being a dusting of snow on the ground. John isn't feeling all that great so I plan to make him some homemade chicken noodle soup later today.
