Re:

Kabu, when I finish this story I will let you know.  It is so funny!  I finished the second chapter tonight.  It actually made me laugh.  Clarissa and Katie are the Tarantulas in the group.  They live at the town pet store and when the team needs them they are ready.  They really are sweethearts.  At least in my stories.

Sassy, our COVID numbers are so bad.

Re: Good afternoon

Sassy, you really did have nice weather today.  It was cloudy here all day.  If the lunar halo moon is right bad weather is coming.

Those COVID numbers are completely out of control.

We really need people to get vaccinated. This will never end until they do.

Good afternoon

I guess that I can expect that cold weather to head my way, but as for now, the weather is late Spring-like. Our temperature today is 70 degrees. The squirrels and birds are acting as though winter is a distant memory. We did have a lunar halo moon last night which is a predecessor to bad weather, so time will tell.

Re:

C_C_T, every now and then we will hear of a runaway deer but not too often.  I can't help but wonder how the deer got in this predicament.  I'm questioning whether he smelled the food in the sub shop.  Then again maybe he was being chased.  I just don't know but I do know it wasn't a good idea.

We do have deer here but one rarely sees them I think they come out at night near the villages. I know you have some good characters to move around even Freddy playing his usual role.

Re:

FSI, we've had deer come right up to our house and look in the kitchen window.  I must say some of them are very big.

Re: Hunting season sends deer into places they'd ordinarily never go.

Pat, I didn't see the news clip on the bear going into the seven eleven.  There were lots of snacks in there for him.  A real smorgasbord.  We are definitely not hunters.  We love the animals too much.

I can't imagine having a deer break into my business or my home. It certainly makes for an interesting day.

Not interested in hunting myself, but lots of people do it - guns or bows & arrows. Also saw a news clip of a bear going into a 7-11 - strange season.
