I think the raspberries are a second crop Pat, They look nice but I don't fancy them.
When one sees those programs of children wanting to find their birth parent it is quite emotional.

Yes, he has been around since boyhood, No sign of snow here we have not had much for a couple of years. Yes, thankyou toe feels better. I guess you learned to cook as most did, not so much now I know from your blogs that your loved ones appreciate your skill.

Good Evening
I feel so bad for the children that go to bed hungry. It seems there is a lot more now because of the pandemic. They have food stamp programs here but people complain that they can't stretch the food till the end of the month. There are also food pantries for those in need at the end of the month. Life can be so hard for young families now. One of my special skills is the fact that I can make a lot of food with very few ingredients but many do not have this skill. I think this is what they call old school now but it's actually something I learned when I had to raise a family and there was only so much money for food.

C_C_T, have you had Archie helping you for a long time? It's nice to have a helper when you are working in the garden. Our garden is finished for this season and hopefully, we will be done with the leaves soon. After that, it's anybody's guess but it's most likely going to be the snow which means we have to put the snowplow on the tractor and Roy will clean the driveway with it. There's always work to be done outside. I hope your toe feels better. I hope you have a good night.

Well, that solves the issue of feeding them. I imagine that many children in the world go without due to a lack of money, which is really sad. Thank goodness for the homes that welcome these little waifs.

It seems a waste of time to grow inedible raspberries. Can they
become jelly or jam? As for the children going into care, I'm guessing she'll miss them the second they've gone.
