Re:
Kabu, I'm not one to venture out at night. I like to be home on cold winter nights.

Re: Warm and cozy on a chilly day, avoiding sickness with a warm
Pat, being toasty warm on a cold day is the best. I think we all have to eat nourishing meals and get plenty of rest during the winter months. I hope you have a good night.

Re:
C_C_T, I'm not sure what to think about any of this. I can only hope for the best.

Re: Good afternoon
Sassy, I just saw where Austria is going into lockdown for people that aren't vaccinated. They are reporting that we are going to have a spike in cases. I also read an article on airline pilots that have been let go because they don't have the vaccine. I wonder what that will do to flights around the country.

Not so cold here today actually but the night will be. I don't go out very often after dark. A Habit I got into living in Canada in the Woods.Your cooking sounds delicious and perfect for a snow time evening.

Warm and cozy on a chilly day, avoiding sickness with a warm
and nourishing meal: does it get any better?

It is still very worrying, I think a lot of younger folk have now become ill, I hope it is not too serious for them. I cannot think why folk refuse the jab, but I know a lot did refuse the flu jabs previously.

Good afternoon
Maybe it's wrong, but I am so angry over the people who are refusing to get vaccinated. I was looking forward to seeing my parents in April, but I fear that there will be travel restrictions due to the growing number of COVID cases.

Good Morning
FSI, I think you may be right about this. I'm looking for any hope whatsoever that it's going away but I'm not seeing it yet.

COVID seems to have its surges for two months before ebbing. I'm curious to see how things play out this winter. That'll tell us a lot about its long-term vitality, I believe.
