C_C_T, our neighbors are like our extended family. We go to their birthday parties and they come to ours. We are always sharing soups and baked goods.

Most of the birds where I'm at are heading to their southern destinations...That's a good use of the food waste.

I agree. It is nice to have friendly neighbours. One family who moved near recently said they had lived in a certain place for twenty years and the neighbours did not even speak to them.

You are so lucky to hav eneighbors who think of you all the time and bake you cakes. Put them in a paper bag so they don't show and pop them into the recycling. That way you can enjoy what the neighbors have done for you but help the farmers as well.
