I used to watch Days. I just didn't have the time any more with all the kids and work etc.

Welll, I have never heard of this one Pat./  Soaps have kind of a dying appeal.

perhaps we have heard it all before. The funny one I remember was the death of Sister ????  She kept opening one eye as she did not want to leave the soap.

Good Afternoon

Pat, there seems to be a lot going on in this soap.  I watch General Hospital and we've got some really crazy story lines too.  Two of the main characters Carly and Sonny are awesome together but for a while everyone thought Sonny was dead.  Their best friend Jason and Carly were going to get married because of a mob war.  They did get married and that night Sonny came home.  It's been crazy since then.  Carly and Sonny are together and Jason is off saving people.  I know it sounds confusing and it is.  I do love my hour of make believe every day.  I think it keeps me sane in the insane world we live in.

I was living in the Double Decker Bus and my boys were probably not quite 4 and 2 years old. The TV was on and since I was bored i watched this new show come on....black and white in those days. It was the very first episode of Days of our Lives. I watched it off and on for years until I became too busy probably when I started nursing. I guess the story line just got more and more tangled. The 'Boys " are now 51 and 53 so that is a long running show!

That sounds totally confused to me. I did just get up from an afternoon nap, but still? Maybe one of them needs to be carrying a hockey stick for me to be able to follow.
