Yes as we know we have this prob. every year. I know I should not say it but if a
hard winter kills the dahlias. The new ones will be very restricted. I hate cutting
the m down after a frost and stuffing them into green bins for the Council.
The trouble is they don't rot very easily and tend to dry out and we don't want Dahlia
ricks ,no way.

"She" didn't fair to well.
