Good morning
Happy belated birthday. Another October baby. You chose a wonderful way to spend it, that is for sure. My only complaint about prime rib is that I do not like pink or red meat, and that is how people prefer to eat it. I like mine well done, so I only eat the tips.

My youngest makes those smokers as a sideline - he sold a few of them last year. His smoked turkeys are really delicious! Once again - Happy birthday!!
