Good morning

The workers really are the key people in any functioning business. I'm sure that the boss is helpful here and there, but there is nothing quite like the team that follows the orders and sees things through. Without them, not much would get done.

I feel the same way about the nurses on the floor doing their shifts with the patients. The management upstairs get all the praise from the hospital board but patients know ot is the nurse at their bedside who actually keeps them clean comfortable and their health situation stable and is the first to notice if something goes wrong.

I can't remember how often I would remind the executives in the office

to treat our labourers with more respect. Their hard work are what paid the salaries for everyone and what allowed us all to do our jobs. Some execs just didn't get it, or pretended not to.

Good Afternoon

I think the actual workers are essential to any business!  If there are too many bosses and not enough employees the companies will suffer in a very short amount of time.
