I've never made it either, but will have to check that out. I enjoy cooking new recipes. I remember my mom liking corned beef and cabbage.

Good afternoon
I am part Irish, so this is a once-a-year brunch treat for my family. My mom makes hers with potatoes, leftover St. Patty's Day corned beef, diced white onions, and beef broth. It can be served with a fried egg on top with a side of good Irish soda bread and Irish butter.
