it's so confusing about the booster shots. Yes, no, yes, no. It's a lot.

FSI, you bring up some really good points that never crossed my mind. I wonder what COVID will look like in 10 years?

Re:
C_C_T, I hope everyone can get the vaccine. This is a very dangerous time for all of us. When we went out this morning we both wore our masks. It's a requirement in most places if you want to enter a building.

Pat, thank you for the tip on cashews. I have to get some. It really is a beautiful day in the city. I have no clue where COVID is going from here but I don't think it's good.

My favorite Food Network day is Sunday morning.
All of my favorites usually air. I am patiently waiting for some new episodes. I really miss Giada, Ina, Damaris, and Claire Robinson, so I catch them on Discovery Plus.

Good afternoon
I love the weekend too. We have some yard maintenance to attend to and a shopping trip. I woke up to a hectic morning, but all is calm once again. Have a great day!

The FDA determined that boosters were necessary for those over 65 and those with health risks. The Biden Administration put the cart before the horse on that one. To me, the FDA is one government agency that is handling the pandemic well.
The World Health Organization is discouraging boosters because not enough people have been vaccinated initially. What happens is that it's still going to mutate as it spreads.
I do believe that the vaccines in the present form are not the future of COVID vaccination. COVID still spreads, and as long as it spreads, mutation is a possibility. They're great in the short-term. I believe we're going to be seeing more developments as time goes on.

It will be nice to get the flu jab as well. I was in a small room a lady sitting near wore a mask but she gave such a massive sneeze it was nearly blown off. I thought goodness perhaps masks are forever.

The Covid numbers are going to keep climbing, and our doctors and
nurses will be overwhelmed with death until the anti-vaxxers get with the program and do their part. I don't understand how anyone can justify resistance in the face of all the information that comes on every newscast every day. Stay safe and enjoy your nice pre-fall weekend. Did you know cashews are a good source of healthy fat and are very good for you?
